Many problems are best solved outside the courtroom. In family law, personal injury, business disputes and other civil matters, our effective negotiators work behind the scenes and in mediation, where appropriate, to craft equitable solutions. When appropriate, we try to avoid the time, expense and uncertainty associated with trial, while also preserving cordial relations between the parties. But, when negotiations fail, we have the experience to fight for our client’s in courtrooms all over the State of Alabama.
In criminal proceedings, we work closely with our client’s to come up with the outcome that is best for their situation. If a plea deal is the best option then we will pursue it and negotiate on our client’s behalf, but when a plea bargain isn’t in our clients best interest, we are more than equipped to litigate. In any situation where litigation is called for, we do not hesitate to go to trial, fighting for just verdicts through our dynamic courtroom presence, polished skills and strong determination.
Zach Alsobrook was born and raised in Opelika. In fact, both he and Katherine, are proud graduates of Auburn University. After cutting his legal teeth in the court rooms of Birmingham, AL, Zach moved back home to practice law among friends and family in Opelika.
